1/3 cup Oats
1/4 cup Oat Flour
1/4 cup Cricket Powder
1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1-2 tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Milk (if needed)
In a bowl, combine oats, flour, cricket powder, flax seed, chia seeds and cinnamon. Fold in the almond butter and maple syrup. If it is too thick to work with add the milk. Roll into 1 inch balls and chill in the fridge until they firm up. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
