1 1/3 cup flour (whole wheat or gluten-free will work)
1/3 cup cricket powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
