- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cricket powder
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh berries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a greased, 8×8 pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
