Dry Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup oat flour
¼ cup cricket powder
¾ cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup chopped walnuts
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
¼ cup coconut oil or butter
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then add together. Add chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes. Store in the fridge!
