Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup milk
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flax seed
1-2 tbsp of cricket powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
splash of vanilla
ice
Add all ingredients to a blender, mix, and enjoy!
