1 1/2 cups oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/4-1/3 cup cricket powder

1 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup applesauce

1/4 cup grated carrot

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
