Ginger Snaps
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup cricket flour
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (or wheat flour)
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
dash of sea salt
sprinkle of cloves
Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Roll into balls, then roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degree F for about 9 minutes.
