Energy Balls
11-12 large dates
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp cricket powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pink salt
Mix ingredients together in blender or food processor, roll into balls and refrigerate.
