1/3 cup Oats 1/4 cup Oat Flour 1/4 cup Cricket Powder 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed 2 tbsp Chia Seeds 1-2 tsp of Cinnamon 1/2 cup Almond Butter 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Milk (if needed) In a bowl, combine oats, flour, cricket powder, flax seed, chia seeds and cinnamon. Fold in the almond butter and maple syrup. If it is too thick to work with add the milk. Roll into 1 inch balls and chill in the fridge until they firm up. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
1 cup Oats 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/3 cup Sunflower Seed Butter (or almond butter) 2 tbsp Raw Honey (or maple syrup) 1 Apple (peeled, cored and finely diced) 1/4 cup Cricket Powder Combine oats, flaxseed, cricket powder and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add sunflower butter, honey and diced apples. Mix again. Roll into balls (wet hands before to prevent sticking). Refrigerate until they’re firm, and store in the fridge as well.
